What is a Power-up in the Royal Match game?

Do you want to know about Royal Match Power-Ups? Here is a list of power-up for you. There are 4 Power-Ups in Royal Match i.e, Rocket, TNT, Propeller, and Light Ball.

Following are 4 different power-up available in the Royal Match game. Most Boosters require 7 blue stars to activate.

Using the Power-Ups

Rocket, TNT, Propeller, and Light Ball are the power-ups that can be obtained by matching four or more identical-colored tiles. You can activate any power-up by tapping or swapping it.

1. TNT

TNT can be made by pairing five similar colored tiles in L or T shapes! TNT clears all tiles or removes one layer of a multi-layered game element within a two-tile radius.

This indicates that it will affect a total of 24 tiles around it. TNT can be activated by swiping it against another moveable item or tapping on it.

2. Propeller

Propellers can be made by arranging four identically colored tiles in a square. The propeller clears a random obstacle. Propeller clears nearby items as it takes off.

Propellers can be activated by swiping with another moveable item or tapping on them.

3. Light Ball

Match five tiles of the same color in a line to make a Light Ball! The Light Ball clears all things of the same color. Light Ball can be activated by swiping with another matching item or tapping on it.

When tapped, it clears the most things of the same color off the board. If the Light Ball is swiped with a power-up, it converts every match item to that power-up.

4. Rocket

Match four tiles of the same color in a line to make a rocket! Rocket clears all things in a column or a row, depending on which way it is directed. Rocket can be activated by swiping with a moveable item or tapping on it.

The Rocket’s direction will be determined by the arrangement of tiles in a line. If four identically colored tiles in a vertical line are matched, a horizontal Rocket is made; if four identically colored items in a horizontal line are matched, a vertical Rocket is produced.

Creating Power-Ups Combinations

When power-ups are combined, it results in a larger explosion and clears more tiles.

1. TNT Combinations

TNT + Rocket clears three rows and three columns of the tile where Rocket and TNT are combined.
TNT + Propeller makes the Propeller carry the TNT along with it to a random tile where the most targets are located.
TNT + TNT clears the game elements within a four-tile radius. It means that it will effect a total of 80 tiles around it.
TNT + Light Ball makes the Light Ball turn all of the most common match items on the board into TNTs.

2. Propeller Combinations

Propeller + Rocket makes the Propeller carry the Rocket with it to a random tile where the most targets are located.
Propeller + Propeller creates 3 Propellers and hits 3 random targets.
Propeller + TNT makes the Propeller carry the TNT along with it to a random tile where the most targets are located.
Propeller + Light Ball makes the Light Ball turn all of the most common match items on the board into Propellers.

3. Light Ball Combinations

Light Ball + Rocket makes the Light Ball turn all of the most common match items on the board into Rockets.
Light Ball + Propeller makes the Light Ball turn all of the most common match items on the board into Propellers.
Light Ball + TNT makes the Light Ball turn all of the most common match items on the board into TNTs.
Light Ball + Light Ball clears all the game elements on the board, and also clears one layer from any obstacle.

4. Rocket Combinations

Rocket + Rocket clears the row and the column of the tile where Rockets are combined.
Rocket + Propeller makes the Propeller carry the Rocket o a random tile where most of the targets are located horizontally or vertically, depending on the direction of the Rocket.
Rocket + TNT clears three rows and three columns of the tile where Rocket and TNT are combined.
Rocket + Light Ball makes the Light Ball turn all of the most common match items on the board into Rockets.
